Confirm and start tracking on any MO we are working on today, and add box sizes. Also mark done any orders that were finished previous day 

General Information:

MONDAY:

- When you are boxing/palletizing for shrink wrapping, stay tracking under the shrink wrap step.

- You don't have to take a full lunch.

-Transition time is pretty good. Let's work on piecework transition. 

TUESDAY:

Go over scrapping

in between time adds up

be careful that it’s the right sticker and tag 

the count on the box has to be right. 

WEDNESDAY:

-return cart for fab. 

-sleeves for mo stickers (layup and lasers) 

-dusting the kitting table every few days or so 

-any other ideas for juggling piecework?
