Confirm and start tracking on any MO we are working on today, and add box sizes. Also mark done any orders that were finished previous day 

General Information:

Big meeting:

-Tracking (only problems are starting and stopping piecework) 

-no longer shrinking 5": need to band tighter

-safety (fire extinguishers and first aid kits and such) 

-box blade cutter (break off blade) use gloves. 

-change rotary blade cutter 

-fusible cutter (no extra sheets under the table) 

-general safety (gerber, lasers)

-monthly tightening of screws on Gerber

-Anything under 53" is DONATE. anything above goes back on shelf. (can't have people taking home scraps until we have sent that product. end of day on thursday, you can dump all fabric into donate box) 

-Deep clean: layup and gerber people dont need 20 minutes. people that are on shrink wrap and kitting have to end early anyway. (only deep clean lasers if we do two full days or more) 

-consistent problems with piecework you will have to clock out and re track under the MO. (If two or more fail within the first 10, then you will have to do this) 

-It is important that you are here. Please be ontime and please come as much as you possibly can. Half days are acceptable. You are all valuable members of this team. Let me know as soon as possible if you are going to be gone.

MONDAY:

-More accountable for piecework. you need to be doing a check on each piece. We're getting a lot that you have to fix multiple....(is it you don't know the tolerances or you are lazy and don't check them) we shouldn't have to put a plan in place. If there are more than two that fail you will have to go through, clock out, re-track and check the entire stack. 

Don't use the labels that we use on the label printer to mark the layup.

TUESDAY:

NEED TO TIGHTEN UP ON TRANSITION TIME. Still rough when switching in and out of piecework.

New admin on all computers (also has priority list) 

MO stickers  for even laser cut (sticker for top and bottom) 

Show them how to scan

Please go back to the work center view after you scan your badge. 

You can clock in and out with your badge as well. 

If you need to mark it as done, don't scan your badge, just mark it as done after you scan the sticker. 

Not available in work center you will have to come to us.

No deep clean on lasers unless we used them for two full days or more. 

End of day clean up, this should be only a few minutes. 

end of week cleaning: (shrink wrap and piecework have to end early, so those people can do the sweeping and extra stuff) 

Please keep work stations tidy, and take all supplies back to their places. (scissors, and such).
