Confirm and start tracking on any MO we are working on today, and add box sizes. Also mark done any orders that were finished previous day 

General Information:

• receiving: tag us on the receipt 
•  strips will be tracked as piecework. (it is for your benefit) that way you gerber people are not the only ones tied to the gerber. it is also for accountability purposes as well. 
• Please put your name + gerber sticker on your stack as the gerber operator. 
• Everything you kit off the gerber needs to be tagged and tied. 
• Shrinking rolls tag not in corner 
• Tips on shrinking 10s
• 5" updates: no longer shrinking. Must band tighter
• Gerber: vacuum level for 5" ()
• we are going to make you clock back out when fixing. 
• layup number will be on gerber file 
• boxing strips. The Y+ isn’t affected by the tilt 
• christmas party 

MONDAY:

If more than 2 of you're first 10 pieces fail quality check, we'll have you fix all of them before we continue checking

TUESDAY:

It is important that you are here. Please be ontime and please come as much as you possibly can. Half days are acceptable. You are all valuable members of this team. Let me know as soon as possible if you are going to be gone.
