- Prioritize gerber over kitting

-receiving: tag us on the receipt 

- last 10" were terrible...not one particular step, but every step in general. every bit of time adds up. especially on layups, chatting at the end of the table, being slow to get the next fabric. 

- strips will be tracked as piecework. (it is for your benefit) that way you gerber people are not the only ones tied to the gerber. it is also for accountability purposes as well. 

Please put your name + gerber sticker on your stack as the gerber operator. 

-Everything you kit off the gerber needs to be tagged and tied.
